Ordering
How do I order online?
Ordering online is simple and safe! When you find the items that you want, just click the "Add To Cart" button. Once you have selected all of your items, enter in your zip code to calculate shipping (if any) and get you order total. Finally, click "Proceed to Check-out" to enter your credit card or payment information.
What about phone orders?
We currently do not offer phone orders, this helps us keep the overhead cost down and pass on the savings to you.r from you! You may email us 24/7 and we usually respond the same day.
Can I place a Rush Order? ?
Our orders are fulfilled every day, and often you will receive your items within the business week.
What payment do you accept?
Online orders can be placed with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Paypal.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge excise tax for any orders placed and shipped within the state of Hawaii. (4.172%).

Order Tracking & Updates
Order Confirmation
Immediately upon finalization of your order you will receive an email order confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped (usually within 2 business days) you may request an order tracking number for UPS or FedEx. You can go to the UPS or FedEx site directly, enter the tracking number, and track the progress of your order.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
When you complete an order you will receive an Order Confirmation. Please review it thoroughly to verify that it is correct.
We process orders within 2 business days. You can make changes or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. If you do need to make a change, please contact Customer Care at 800 555-1212 immediately so we can make the changes without additional charges. If the order has already been processed, no changes can be made.
Undeliverable Orders
If the order is returned to us by UPS or FedEx because they are unable to deliver it (usually an incorrect address), you will be responsible for any reshipping fees charged by UPS or FedEx to redeliver.

Return Guarantee and Exchanges
Return Policy
We are careful to pack and ship your archery supplies so you get them in excellent condition. When you get an order, please look it over carefully to make sure that it meets your expectation. If there are any concerns, please call us within five days of receiving the order. Unfortunately we can not accept returns on special orders.
We do accept returns within 30 days less shipping and handling - no questions asked.
To return an item please first email us us and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a RAN.

Reasons for requesting a return
You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where and how to return the order. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipped.
Please review the Terms of Service and Refund Policy (above) before contacting us for a return.
NOTE: The customer will be responsible for shipping. We do not give credit for lost return packages. We strongly recommend that you insure and trace your return shipping as we will not be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
Refunds
When we get your return and inspect it, you will receive an email at the email address we have in our system confirming the total of your credit. The actual credit will be issued within 5 business days. Please be aware that your banking institution may take additional time to process the credit.
Damaged Items
When you receive your items, please inspect them carefully. If you see any damage, please call customer care within 5 days of package delivery. You can call customer care at: 1-800 555-1212 Please keep the original box and all the packaging materials, as well as the order forms and paperwork that you received with the package. If possible, send us a digital photograph of the damaged box/items. One of our customer support team will then help you to file a claim with UPS/FedEx as needed.

Shipping
When do orders ship?
We ship all orders within 5 business days of receiving the order. Most orders ship within 24 hours on weekdays. Once the item is in shipping, it usually takes 3-5 days to receive it, so in all, it can take between 3 and 10 days to receive your order if you have a standard shipping address.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Because we use UPS and FedEx to ship your items, we can not ship to PO Boxes. We must have a physical address for your items.
We can ship some items to APO/FPO addresses, but we can not make any assurances of when the items will be delivered.
Do you ship Crossbows?
Yes. We can ship crossbows, except to certain states, including: North Carolina, New Jersy and New York.
Do you sell internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.
How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination.
What shipping services do you use?
We work with UPS and FedEx and offer regular ground shipping. If you need something in a rush, please contact Customer Care and we can see what we can do. Please keep in mind that it is illegal for us to ship some items (for example crossbows) to certain states.
What about out of stock or backordered products?
If your items are out of stock we will call you or email you and let you know that it is out of stock, and the approximate back-order time. Then you can decide if you would like us to go ahead and process the order, or cancel the order.
We do have a large warehouse, and we sell a lot of archery supplies, so generally items are back in stock quickly. If you have any questions about availability, please email us at Support@ArcheryBowsAndArrowsOnline.com. Please include the item name your email.
